Nice and Comfortable
Having the set for a while ago, pretty satisfied with the quality after few months after. The shipment arrived pretty quickly in four boxes in few days. The instructions are easy to understand, however, it took my husband and I about 3.5 hours to assemble all parts together, it wasn’t difficult, but it was very time consuming. Definitely have your own tools to assemble, as tools provided will take much longer. Looks exactly like the pictures online. The structure is pretty good and sturdy. I love the cushions, they are so cozy and comfortable. The table is great bonus to the set. Great quality and easy to clean.Overall, it’s a great set for investment, the quality is awesome. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family. We are very happy with this set.

Very easy to put together extremely sturdy and comfortable sofa takes longer to assemble but not difficult I suggest using your on tools get a 10 mil socket and a alien wrench socket you will thank me later but over all fantastic patio set

Great set
This item is just what I was looking for. It looks great and the cushions are quality and very comfortable. My husband ad I have been on our patio more since this purchase than we have ever been. You should know that you will need two people to assemble. But if you follow the directions IN ORDER, you should not have much problem. No written directions, but the holes only line up one way – the right way. Don’t do final tightening for each step until all screws for that step aren started. It took us two days – but we worked about 3+ hours each afternoon.

Pretty and sturdy, but some minor problems.
I love the look, and assembly was as expected for such a large number of pieces, but the chairs have little plastic feet that immediately started breaking. Otherwise, the set is sturdy. The fabric is definitely water resistant. I was disappointed that the back cushions didn’t have tethers to keep them in place during breezy weather.I purchased this set because it appeared the seating could be used without the cushions, but the backs of the chairs and sofa have metal edges that are turned in (I assume so they look nice from the back), but they wouldn’t be comfortable to lean back on without the cushions.

Love the swivel and rocking features
This is a Great set! The chars are firm and comfortable, I love the swivel and rocking features. The couch is comfortable enough to nap on! The design and construction of the set is stylish quality. The Velcro straps on the cushions connect nicely to the frame. It come in box,so open the box they come out all pieces ,when it arrived,I was working ,my wife said the assembly is easy and straight forward using the pictures and step by step instructions. So she spend half day to put them together by herself , and placed on my backyard .so far we so satisfied with it.by the way I think it would be more perfect if it had a sponge cushion that was waterproof.

Good for the price, delivered in 3 different boxes at different times
Overall, nice for the price.Took a bit to put together, but not overly complicated. Yes, it gets delivered in different sections. We waited days in between to get the other boxes. The boxes are not tracked separately, so be patient for the whole set to arrive. The metal looked bronze to me in the pictures, but it’s black. The swivel chairs are sturdy and we like them the most. The bottom cushions are very firm and seem like they will hold up a long time. The back cushions are different and squishy. I didn’t expect that. Overall, good set for the price. We ordered the gray, which is actually small black and white lines that look gray. Not a big deal, but a little different than expected.

Pleasantly surprised at the high quality of each piece. Instructions were pretty straightforward; however, some issue understanding which way pieces went as diagram is not large enough to see the fine detail. Each chair, ottoman and couch is sturdy. The cushions are very thick and although firm, are comfortable. The cushion covers are very well made with cording and zippers that cover the cushion well for a neat appearance. Highly recommend.

Got my shipment which came in two orders three boxes one day one the next. Everything seemed well packaged. Today my grind and I started putting it all together. Do not attempt to do this alone you’ll be very unhappy. The instructions are nothing more than photos which can be a bit frustrating but doable. We got the two chairs and Ottomans together but some of the screws were tough as the holes didn’t line up properly but we made it work, we even had one screw a head stripped out. We then tackled the sofa, well that’s when it all went bad. There a center support/feet that didn’t have any holes one the one side to affix them to anything, and checking where you’d mount the back the holes were of by a lot so there is no possible way to put the sofa together. And we were missing three nuts. I called there customer support line just to be told the mail box was full. I’ve subsequently sent an email and am waiting for a reply. So disappointing.What we did get put together I do like although getting the cushions into the covers takes two people, Ugg.😩I will adjust my review once I hear from them, otherwise I’ll have to start a return.UPDATE: Customer support got back to me the next day. Stated they don’t have replacement parts so they shipped out a new sofa. Came with all new cushions. Here’s where it gets strange. Upon putting the sofa together we found that the bottom external sections that needed a part that was labeled “C” which goes on one side and “D” which goes on the other side we’re both “C” instead of one of each. Luckily I still had the parts for the other sofa so I was able to get this together.I’m leaving the rating as is due to quality control issues but give 5 stars for customer service.I love the set it looks great is solid once put together but again instructions are really confusing.I’d still purchase this again as they stand by there product.
