GOOD CLOCK, GOOD SERVICE
I chose this clock from among other cuckoo clocks at Amazon because I liked the echo feature. It is attractive and well made. Looks good on the wall of our small living room, and so is an ideal size. Some time ago we had a cuckoo clock that sounded every quarter hour, and it was almost too much “noise”. This one just sounds on the hour, can be adjusted to high or low sound, and does not chime in the dark, so you are not bothered at night (and don’t have to remember to turn it off). There were a few things to be done to set up the clock, and they should be fairly simple. However, when we got stuck on one part of the instructions and let the company know our problem, they replied quickly and gave us excellent solutions. I recommend both the company and the product.

More convenient than traditional clocks
Works great, sounds great. much more convenient than the traditional weighted clocks – never have to wind it. Looks a little cheap when you’re putting the plastic components together compared to the traditional wood clocks, but on the wall you can’t tell the difference. The cool thing is it’s light sensitive so it doesn’t chirp at night. Yea!

Very nice, aesthetic addition to wall, not precision time keeping
I would buy this Cuckoo clock again. Easy to set the number of coo coos to start of next hr in the day. My clock has been off 2-3 minutes/week w/new batteries installed twice. It is facing N, the time hasn’t been turned back “VASTU SHASTRA” my following w/clocks. Therefore only 4 stars due to precision time keeping. Beautiful addition to my home, it’s completely functional.

Nice, but fragile
It’s a beautiful design, but very fragile. Cuckoo was broken and I had to return and buy a new one.

cuckoo calibration
Directions tell how to calibrate if not enough cuckoos per hour but not if to many cuckoos per hour. If to many like mine, need to push button eleven times, each push adds one cuckoo. Let bird cuckoo all cuckoos per push, if on hour seven make it cuckoo seven times. Then when clock strikes eight it will cuckoo eight times. Fun clock recommend.

Works perfectly.
The clock was easy enough to put together. It works perfectly. I did have to correct the chimes with the time but it was easy enough to do. I got it for my wife and she loves it. If she likes it I do too. I’m very satisfied. Thanks.

Nice looking clock, but the plastic hands are kind of disappointing. Pendulum isn’t swinging, need to look into this.
