Update: we slept under this duvet last night, and it was so comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.I’m kind of obsessed with this! I just got it a couple days ago and was finally able to wash it up and get it put on today and it’s gorgeous! It looks so fresh and crisp and clean. I love that it’s 100% cotton and has that beautiful slightly rumpled texture, which I prefer to the super crisp starched iron look, but I’m sure that this would iron out beautifully as well. I love how pretty it is in the natural light. It just has natural fibers, kind of written all over it. The sizing is just perfect to fit the king sized down duvet insert that I ordered to go with it. The ribbons in the corners are a nice slick ribbon that ties and ties easily and the stitching is neat and clean, particularly along the envelope where the zipper is located. It has a generous overlap that keeps your duvet in place. I would assume that the generous pocket and over stitching will also keep it from accidentally poking out. You can tell by all of the little details that the quality of the construction is very high. It’s a wonderful value for the price. Looks and feels amazing. I’m very impressed and super excited to sleep in this bed tonight.

Feels like luxury.
This is a well made duvet cover. The stitching is clean and thick. The fabric feels weighty and it is not see-through. It was not hard to put the duvet insert in though I did use my husband’s help. There is a loop to tie each corner of the insert to the duvet cover and it zips up. The zipper isn’t a cheap plastic one, it’s metal with a little weight to it. This feel like hotel quality but it’s not quite as soft as hotel duvet covers but I only washed it once. It really does make our bed feel like luxury bedding. I think this is going to hold up well over time.
