This is a very basic candelabra. Assembly is easy; just screw in the poles to the stand and the top. Shipping was fast and efficient. I ordered it for my fireplace along with some real wax flickering candles. When assembled and placed in the fireplace as-is with the candies it it looked very gothic, which was not the look I was personally going for. The fact that it requires assembly actually saved the day! I removed a few of the poles and moved the remaining ones around so it didn’t look so organized. Then I placed the remaining candles on the floor of the fireplace, being sure to stagger the sizes and heights. I love it!
