Don’t be fooled by the price – everything about the jar is quality & very expensive looking, its the perfect thickness, the design on it is quality the lid is pretty & fits better than a glove, nice & tight – I’m ordering 3 more now that I know

Good jars for daily items
Nice jars. Fine design and decent lids. Silicone seal holds well (note seal is radial, meaning it consists of flaps touching outer edge from the middle, not sealing on the top rim of the glass). Make sure to wash and double check the seal before using with food, some stray rubber pieces were found on the upper side of one of 3 seals (Photo shown).The wood-lid contrast is nice, though the wood feels like it’s unfinished (smooth, but no clearcoat/sealer). This may lead to some dusting on the first times you use it. Maybe washing will solve for you…Glass/jar is what you expect for this volume/size, and not heavy (not super thick glass).Note, there’s a dimple on the bottom that’s off center, but no practical impact other than trigger OCD.

Horrible chemical smell! Wouldn’t use on food
Horrible smelling lid! I don’t know what chemicals they used on the wood but it can’t be food grade. I bleached it, washed it, used alcohol on it and nothing got the smell out of the lid. The bleach got rid of the smell in the glass. I tossed the lid. No way this should be food grade.
