Exactly 1.5 inches in diameter. The wax is lose inside the metal cup. Almost like the wax was moulded separately and then placed in the cup. Not necessarily a bad thing.

Unpaid and honest review
The candles metal container arrived dented .The candles itself burns too fast and expelled some soot .I just lit it for 5 minutes which is the time that last the prayer , and already soot or fine black particles were expelled all over .Bad product No time to buy something else ,already observing Advent .Not recommended

Cheap and no wicks on 2
I could have went to the dollar store and bought these for less. Almost seven dollars for old dented unusable candles for the most important part of the year. I hope the seller gives me a refund or new candles. Merry Christmas.

Did not work….
Only 1 of the candles had a fuse that lasted the whole time. The other 3 died within 10 seconds…. and that was it. No way to turn it back on.
