3.USB power supply, you can connect the rechargeable treasure, power bank, USB socket to turn on the neon light
4. Push the on/off button to light up the neon sign and you can also adjust the brightness of neon lights

This is only a USB plug so you will need a wall plug adaptor. The Colors are so bright and pretty. I love the saying, great affirmation to see everyday and remind yourself or others. Great in an office or bedroom. It would make a great gift too. I think that the price is perfect and I would highly recommend.
