The clock hands are not moving. How can I troubleshoot this issue?
To resolve this problem: 1: Ensure that the batteries are inserted with the correct polarity, aligning the positive (+) and negative (–) ends as indicated in the battery compartment. 2. Ensure brand-new batteries are used.

Clock looks great on my wall. No second hand ticks that drive me crazy, I almost thought it wasn’t working when I put the battery in until I left the room for a bit and saw the hands had moved, that’s how quiet it was. I’ve never seen any clock quite like this so it’s always a topic of discussion when I have company. The size works perfectly for my area too. Any bigger and it would’ve been a bit too grandiose for my liking. Light enough to be held up by a single thumbtack. No hammer and nails needed. I didn’t try but I suspect a commend hook would do the job as well

No-brainer
This is a lovely, quality piece. I can’t give it a 5 star rating because the hanger on the back is too high. Even the wimpiest hook system peeks out the top. Seems like a no-brainer that this would have been considered. Now I’m worried that the wimpy hook will break and gouge my bar top.

Arrived damaged
This was a really cute clock which I had my eyes on for a while and had it saved in my list to eventually buy. It arrived damaged unfortunately. The box was damaged, and one of the time indicators had fallen off the clock so it had to be returned. If it wasn’t for that, I may have given the clock five stars. I think it was beautiful, and if white and gold is your color scheme, this clock will fit in your color scheme lovely.
