Our 1.8-density foam has a compression rate of 44 pounds and a 100 % recovery rate. That means affordable comfort with just the right amount of softness and support.
Whether you are looking for a thick or thin quality foam material, we’ve got you covered with our custom cuts and large variety. Make sure you measure twice, order once! The measurements you should record are the length, width, and height of your cover from seam to seam. If you need help determining the correct size, we will be happy to assist you!
Our foam is ideal for couch cushion filling, stuffing for crafts, outdoor cushion inserts, chairs, pillows, ottomans, stools, and DIY headboards. They’re also great to use in your RV and camper or as a cushion foam for boat seats, car seats, golf cart seats, workout benches, cots, and window seats. If you need to transport fragile items, place a foam sheet in a carry case for extra cushioning to prevent breakage.
Your package may come vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed. Once you receive your cushion and upholstery foam, use a pen or a pencil to make a small incision and break the seal. Do not use a box cutter. The foam should be fully expanded within 72 hours.

These replacement cushions are great! I had purchased (3) couch cushions a couple of years ago from Home Depot and they were flat after 2 years. I purchased the 24” and 4” high density cushions and they are so comfortable and substantial!! A little firm but can sit very comfortably on the porch couch which is solid wood base. Great purchase!

Dense, firm, great quality and value replacement cushions
Great density. A huge upgrade from the Dacron filling that the cushions came with originally. After my 70 yr old aunt sat on the uncomfortable and worn out originals, I decided we had to do something about it. The frame and cushion covers were still in great shape. Pro tip: to load the replacement cushions into your cushion covers, put a garbage bag around the cushion, shop vac the air out of it (they will squish down quite small), while holding the bag closed, insert OPEN END FIRST into the cushion cover, then let go and slide the bag out. Super time saver!!!

Cushions are great but they arrived late
Bought new cushions from Lowe’s last year, and within a month they were getting flat. Decided to try this replacement foam, and I’m glad I did! I couldn’t believe the hard vacuum packed foam would unfollow into a 5” thick 24”x24” piece of foam, but it did.What a difference. It’s soft enough to be comfortable, but firm enough to not flatten out when sat on.The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is twofold. First, I had a question about the product prior to ordering. I asked the question via email from the manufacturers website but the never responded. I later called their 800 number, and it was forwarded to a non-800 voice mail. A couple of days later they called back, but the guy had such a heavy accent I couldn’t understand what he was saying.Secondly, when I placed the order for 4 cushions, Prime represented there were 12 in stock and I would get my order by Sunday. Sunday came and went, and I got an update Sunday night stating it had been shipped. For some reason not explained, my order was split, with 2 delivered on Monday and 2 delivered on Tuesday. First world problem I know, but don’t promise it on one day and deliver it @ days later, at least not with an explanation.Love the cushions so far, I’ll update the review if things change.

Dog Bed Replacement Cusion
Product was cut to my exact measurements. I intend to use this as a replacement for a memory foam dog bed insert. The original insert does not have enough support for his weight (107 pounds) and when he would get in the bed it would sink to the floor. This replacement has more than enough support with just the right amount of give. This pad should last a long time under daily use. As his other beds (there are many throughout the house and in the truck) start to fail I will come back to order replacement cushions from here.

This exceeded my expectations.We actually stuffed our sofa cushions as soon as we received the product.So glad we did, because they expanded even more while inserted in the sofa cushions within the next few days.Padding was firm and now the sofa looks like a brand new sofa set.Good price and good quality.
