2.Because with a clear glass cover or fixture will educe the radius of motion detection, we don’t recommend you install the bulb into a closed lamp fixture. If you have to do this to make it avoid get wet, please let the motion sensor exposed outside, so it can detect motion well
3.The bulb should be installed downward and no higher than 10 feet, or the sensor will not work. To increase the bulb’s sensitivity, you can adjust the Angle and Height of the bulb installation, make the sensor toward the direction people are coming.

BrightnessThese are 5W (40 watt equivalent /450 lumen) 3000K “warm/bright” bulbs, giving off a soft white hue. These provide ambient lighting but also work well for reading (dimming can help control ambient and reading characteristics). If you require a brighter/whiter effect, consider the LanYue 5W (40 watt equivalent /450 lumen) 6000K “daylight” bulbs, which give off a cool, bluish white hue. Daylight bulbs are often used for task lighting, such as for reading, kitchen counter or workbench projects.MeasurementNot to be confused with traditional halogen bulbs typically measuring 1” in length, these are 2.45” long and best used with lighting fixtures offering at least 2.5”-3” of length clearance. Additionally, at .63” wide, they are “girthier” than a traditional halogen bulb. This isn’t negative, just something to be aware of with this newer generation of energy efficient lighting. Exactly what I needed
I love these! They work better than I expected and did exactly what I wanted. I put them in my closets so I could just open the door and the lights would come on. Very easy to install and they are bright. Very pleased with this purchase

They are not accurately sense the motion. Used it for 1 day only sometime once I turn the switch on then step in room it turns off. Not sure if I am not used to it. But little complicated
