Poor quality of styrofoam and packaging materials. This item ships form India. Attempted twice on delivery, received it broken both times, and a lengthy delay on receiving a replacement. Both the jute rope itself and wooden framing are good quality.

Bad smell and you will see hanging bracket and screw when installed.
Product is well constructed, but has a very bad odor. I’m sure it’s the jute rope. In addition, there is only one hook for hanging and it’s located at the center top of the mirror and sticks out above the frame. As a result, if you hang this mirror, you will see both the unsightly bracket AND screw! Because it’s such a heavy mirror, they should put two hanging brackets, one on each side, which will support the mirror nicely and NOT be seen. If you can handle the ‘stink’ you would be good to go if you install new brackets. Even though we could install new brackets, it was too costly to bother and I know that it would really stink up the small bathroom where it would be installed. I sent it back and got a refund.

Product is of okay make. Rope is cheaply gleud. Smells terrible. Company is the absolute worst. Guarenteed me my money back via email before it shipped and then shipped it anyway and never refunded my money. Do not do business with these peoplem
