Good pillow
This black lumbar support pillow is very comfortable and provides just the right amount of support. I use it on my office chair, and it really helps relieve lower back pain from sitting all day. Decent Cushion with Some Drawbacks
The memory foam does provide a good level of support, which is beneficial for my lower back during long hours of sitting. However, I did experience some discomfort initially as it took time to adjust to the cushion’s firmness. The anti-slip bottom is a nice feature, ensuring it stays in place, but I noticed that it can get a bit warm after extended use, which is uncomfortable.

Thinner than expected but better for the purpose
I bought this lumbar cushion because I’ve been spending way too many hours at my desk and my lower back was starting to complain. It came vacuum-packed and super flat, and it took a few hours to fully puff up, so don’t expect to use it right out of the box. Also, in person it looks a bit flatter than the picture, so if you’re expecting a super thick, plush cushion, that’s not really what this is. However, if you are planning to use this as a back support during sleep or use as a support for side sleep, the size is not too big and actually better than being thick. That being said, once it expanded, the memory foam felt nice and supportive, and it’s definitely made a difference for my back during long sitting sessions. It’s not the most luxurious thing in the world, but for the price, I can’t complain too much. If you just want something affordable that still gives decent support, this is a solid choice.

I’ve been using this Support Pillow for awhile , and it really makes a difference. The foam is firm but comfortable, and keep it in place so it doesn’t slide around. I use it on both my office chair and in the car, and it instantly eases lower back. Highly recommend if you sit for long hour
