This blanket really works!
This is my honest opinion & assessment of this item.I bought this cooling blanket on the recommendation of my daughter while my air conditioning was out during a heat wave this summer. Her air had gone out last summer and she tried it & loved it.The pros: I got the Sofa Throw Blanket size (50″x70″) in Grey Watercolor. It’s so pretty! And it really works! The printed side is nylon, very soft & almost slippery, which is the coolest side & best for hot summer days & nights. The other side in solid gray is microfiber which has a soft & almost like a jersey feel. It’s still cool & very soft, but almost warm at the same time. I use that side at night when my temperature fluctuates a bit more. There’s lots of science to this blanket and you can read it in the description. I just like that it works. My daughter got the updated version in solid blue. It has a pattern woven into the nylon side. I tried it and it worked really well too but I couldn’t tell any difference between the versions. This blanket is very lightweight and folds down really small so this would also be great for travel.The cons: The nylon side is starting to snag a just a little bit. I see the instructions say to put it in a laundry mesh bag “to prevent tangling and damage”, which I did not do so that may be on me. I dried it just a bit in the dryer and then hung it to dry. They recommend air dry only so, again, it may be my fault. It’s nylon which is prone to snag very easily. It’s not super noticeable (yet) and that hasn’t affected the cooling properties.My final assessment: I love this blanket & the magical cooling that it does. I definitely recommend it & would purchase it again. Buy it!

Cool and comfortable
Soft, cool, and lightweight. I was having night sweats and got these as a last minute purchase. It helps a ton! Not a blanket to use for when you want to warm up, but amazing when you need to cool down. Highly recommend! Cute colors, and worth the price.

Love my cooling blanket
Someone recommended that I buy a cooling blanket. One side is a little softer, and I called that the warm side the other side is a silky material which stays cool. It has held up with two dogs.Many washes and drying in the dryer. Worth every dollar

Only 1 side is cooling
It’s got 2 sides one side is cooling and the other side is warmer. Still a really thin blanket great for summer time on those hot nights. The warmer side is nice if you get a little too cold at night you can just flip it around to the other side. It’s got nice weight to it too so it just rests all over your skin for nice cooling at night. Still might need to use a fan with it. It’s not like ice cold or anything but provides some nice slight cooling comfort

Comfy, keeps me cool!
I personally hate top sheets so this blanket was a game-changer for me! I always have to have covers on even if I’m hot – so this is perfect because it’s breathable but doesn’t feel like a thin napkin like sheets do (lol) also I love the pattern and it is HUGE! I believe I got the largest size or 2nd largest. One thing to note is that I washed it with other laundry and it spun around itself in the dryer and trapped several things inside and it was genuinely difficult to unravel everything to free the other items 😅 so I suggest only washing with other large items and not clothing haha

Soft, lightweight but not “cooling”
This blanket is very soft and lightweight, however I do not find it to be very cooling. It is breathable so if you are someone like me who often wants to have a blanket over your lap then this is definitely cooler then a traditional blanket! The color and quality are nice, and the package arrived quickly. I did not notice any smell like other reviews have mentioned but different warehouses store things differently.

Dorm Room Must Have!!
Works perfect! The cooling side helps keep the body temp down on those hot nights. The twin size purchased is great for the college dorm. It is light weight, soft and holds up to multiple machine washes.

Best Gift To Date
My boyfriend absolutely loves his. He still tells me it’s his favorite gift I’ve ever gotten him. He’s always hot. I’m always cold. This blanket is so cool, and if it starts to loose the cool effect, you just flip it over and the backside is cool. Awesome buy!
