Nice little mat for preventing wear and tear on your floors, It fits the elliptical nicely and prevents the elliptical from sliding around while peddling, but since I have the mat on a carpeted floor, the mat does slide a little while in use but not enough to cause any problems, It Would probably be a better grip on a hard floor.

J’ai commandé ce tapis car je venais d’acheter un petit pédalier, sans remarquer qu’un tapis était déjà offert avec l’appareil! J’ai donc un point de comparaison! Le tapis offert avec l’appareil est : beaucoup plus épais, 1 ½ fois plus grand (mon pédalier ne tient pas entièrement sur celui-ci) et vraiment plus adhérent (glisse moins) que celui-ci que j’ai pris la peine d’acheter (en pure perte quoi). Je ne le recommande pas, sauf pour une chose : si vous désirez faire du pédalier avec les mains, ce minuscule tapis empêchera peut-être l’appareil de glisser sur votre table pendant que vous pédalez. Ou du moins, votre appareil devrait MOINS glisser. Par contre, l’appareil a tendance à beaucoup plus bouger lorsqu’on pédale avec les jambes : dans ce cas, ça prend un bien meilleur tapis!
