Perfect fit for Volvo D13 2017 VNL
4 stars only because after 1 week started to leak a little (see the red arrow). With a bit red gasket maker i fixed the problem. I saw that mostly of the pumps are sensitive in that point. Maybe the factory should insist there,i saw many reviews with the same problem. For the moment the water pump is working very well. I choose it especially for the metal fan (mostly for Volvo D13 on Amazon are almost the same),I don’t like the plastic fan, I’m not felling safe. Very easy to install it, I used a bit red gasket maker over the pump seal to be sure I’ll not have problems. After 24 hours filled up with coolant and done. I was confused why my apu Tripac Evolution doesn’t start (Heat engine alarm) but I remembered that the coolant is common with the truck circuit. So I started the Volvo engine for 10 minutes letting the coolant to fill up the apu installation also. So far so good.

My impeller was totally baked. Overheating at idle and had no idea what was going on. Used this replacement and dropped the same weekend- good to go. The O ring didn’t work perfectly on my model, and the screws were too short. I tacked the o ring onto the back of the wear plate with some dish soap, and kept it tight when putting the new impeller and housing on.The included screws were too short for my application, but I used the old one with no issues. Hoping this can get me through this season! Overall, satisfied and my pump works great now!
